Integrative health and well-being coaching is designed to guide you to implement healthy lifestyle behaviors to achieve optimal health and well-being. So, we are talking about your “whole person” including your physical, mental and social well-being. In addition, I have special skills including a focus on financial and business coaching and communication coaching.

Services are tailored uniquely to your individual needs, interests, values and beliefs.

Coaching provides personalized support, communication and accountability. Through coaching, you grow in understanding your mindset, beliefs, goals and desires. Then you develop a plan with guidance from your coach. As a result of coaching, you will have a plan and take actions to make your overall life, mind, relationships, and environment in balance to achieve your goals.

What is the process?

As a Duke trained and Certified Integrative Health and Well-being Coach, I am knowledgeable about the coaching process. Therefore, my health and well-being coaching uses evidence-based and proven methods and strategies. I will guide you during your coaching experience. First, you will engage in assessing the major areas of your life. Then, you will dream and envision your best life. You will sort out your beliefs, values, strengths, goals, and desires. There will be be soul-searching. You will identify and work through limiting beliefs, challenges and obstacles and build on your strengths and successes. Then you can move forward and gain clarity on what action is needed. In this way you set yourself up for success and sustainable change.

After you have a clear vision for your life, then you will proceed to set realistic goals in alignment with your values. You will be mindful and develop greater insight into what you really need and want. This is the design phase. Then you will develop a plan. The plan will help you to create the life you deserve and to set the stage so you can work your plan with confidence.

There is no “one size fits all”. Everyone has their own story, dreams, strengths, and goals. And everyone has their own vision and their own way to get from where they are to where they want to be to create their own story.
